Terms & Conditions
I. Terms. This IO is effective upon signature and is subject to the Squaredance Platform General Terms of Service ("GTOS"). It supersedes any prior IOs and applies to all current and future Campaigns until terminated under the GTOS.

II. Renewal. Initial term is 1 month from the Effective Date, auto-renewing monthly unless either party gives 7 days' prior written notice.

III. Payment. Squaredance will invoice Brand weekly each Monday for the prior period. All payments in U.S. Dollars via wire, ACH or credit card. Failure to pay within terms may result in campaign pausing after 48 hours' notice.

IV. Amendments. Campaign details may be amended at any time by email or written confirmation.

V. Services. The CPA fee includes commission payments to affiliate partners and Managed Services: recruitment, tracking setup, affiliate management, promotional efforts, and creative/CRO planning.

VI. Governing Law. Governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
